Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Registered Information
The company name, the first and last name of the contact person, the local address, postal code, post office, e-mail adress, telephone number and other information necessary for submitting the order e.g. VAT number and possibly bank information. Personal data is processed on the basis of consent.
Customer information is regularly obtained from the customer himself or herself when the customer relationship is established. The service and warranty information and complaints are retained for the period required by law.

How long we retain your data

Right of removal
The data subject has the right to request the deletion of data if it is not necessary to process the data. The deletion request will be processed, after which we will either delete the data or state a valid reason why the data cannot be deleted. It should be noted that the controller may have a statutory or other right not to delete the requested information. The registrar is obliged to keep the accounting material in accordance with the period (10 years) specified in the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10). Therefore, accounting material cannot be deleted before the deadline.

How we protect your data
Volframi Oy and its employees process the data. It could be also partially outsourced the processing of personal data to a third party (e.g. an accounting firm or IT support), in which case we will ensure through contractual arrangements that personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and otherwise in an appropriate manner.
The electronically processed information contained in the register is protected by firewalls, passwords and generally accepted technical means in the field of information security. The information is protected by a username and password. Manually maintained materials are located in premises that are blocked from unauthorized access. The obligation of confidentiality is binding on persons handling customer register data. As a rule, the data is processed for as long as the customer relationship is valid or as required by the Accounting Act (generally 10 years).
